Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for a successful return.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
